Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: May 6, 2026
Passion 4 Pinot is committed to making our website and events welcoming
and accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities. We
believe a great wine experience should be available to all, and we
work continuously to improve the accessibility of both our digital
presence and our in-person events.
Our Commitment
We strive to conform to the
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA,
published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain
how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of
disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive,
and neurological disabilities.
Our website is built on Squarespace, which provides built-in accessibility
features including keyboard navigation support, semantic HTML structure,
and compatibility with common screen readers.
Website Accessibility Features
We aim to make our website usable for everyone by:
- Providing descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
- Using clear heading structure to support screen reader navigation
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast for text readability
- Supporting keyboard-only navigation
- Using descriptive link text
- Designing forms with clear labels and instructions
- Testing periodically with accessibility tools
Event Accessibility
We work with each of our event venues to provide reasonable accessibility
accommodations, which may include:
- Wheelchair-accessible entrances and pathways
- Accessible restroom facilities
- Reserved seating areas where applicable
- Accommodation of service animals
- Assistance from event staff when requested
Because our events are held at a variety of venues, accessibility features
can vary. We’re happy to share specific venue details in advance so
you can plan your visit with confidence. If you have specific accessibility
needs or questions, please contact us before purchasing tickets so we can
confirm what’s available and arrange any reasonable accommodations.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We regularly
review our website and event practices, and we work to address accessibility
issues as we identify them. We also rely on feedback from our guests —
if you encounter any barriers, please let us know.
Third-Party Content
Some content on our website is provided by third parties — including
embedded YouTube videos, our ticketing partner TicketSpice, our email
signup form, and links to social media. While we choose partners that
take accessibility seriously, we don’t directly control the
accessibility of third-party content. If you encounter difficulty with
a third-party feature, please let us know and we’ll do our best
to help.
Feedback & Requests for Accommodation
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website and events.
If you experience any accessibility barriers, have suggestions for
improvement, or need to request a specific accommodation for an event,
please contact us.
For accessibility inquiries or accommodation requests:
Email: [email protected]
Subject line: “Accessibility Request”
We aim to respond within 5 business days. For accommodation requests
tied to an upcoming event, please reach out at least 14 days before
the event date when possible, so we have time to coordinate with the
venue.
Formal Complaints
If you believe we have failed to provide accessible service, you can let
us know at the email above. We take all concerns seriously and will work
in good faith to address them.
