Three Sticks Winery Winemaker Dinner
Join us for an exceptional evening featuring the highly acclaimed Three Sticks Winery, where fine wine, inspired cuisine, and the art of winemaking come together. Winemaker Ryan Prichard will be on hand to pour their wonderful award-winning wines. Sit back and enjoy a specially curated multi-course dinner created by Executive Chef Trilby Tatro, paired with a selection of Three Sticks’ distinctive Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, while hearing the stories, passion, and philosophy behind these celebrated Sonoma wines. Three Sticks takes a heartfelt approach to viticulture and winemaking, believing in the power of wine to bring people together in fellowship around the table. Join us at LG’s Prime Steakhouse in La Quinta for a special evening with acclaimed winemakers Adam Lee and Moret Brealynn. Adam, co-founder of Siduri Wines, brings over 30 years of Pinot Noir craftsmanship from some of California’s finest vineyards. A pioneering Pinot Noir winemaker known for spotlighting the unique character of vineyards across California and Oregon, he now continues his pursuit of excellence through Clarice Wine Company and select consulting projects, shaping some of the West Coast’s most exciting wines. Moret Brealynn, whose boutique wines have earned widespread acclaim, has been recognized by Food & Wine Magazine as one of the winemakers helping shape the future of California wine. An award-winning rising star, she is known for elegant Pinot Noir, Rosé, and small-lot wines full of fresh perspective, balance, and character. Enjoy a multi-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Ruben Galvez, paired with exceptional wines, while Adam and Moret share stories from the vineyard and insights into their winemaking philosophies.
